Kim and Brad found me through none other than WeddingWire and I was so honoured that they picked me to be there for when they tied the knot. Along with their prior engagement session, it couldn’t have been any better. By having their Wedding at Meadow Gardens Golf Club, we were able to stay on location the entire time as the gorgeous views were all around us already! This venue is one huge spanse of lush green and has a multitude of photo ready areas a short golf cart ride away.
While Kim was getting all dolled up at the venue, Brad stayed home with the boys and some family. Since they were in different locations, they luckily had two photographers for the day! As I started at the golf club, I had my amazing second photographer covering the guys!
The ring bearer had a very special outfit and case for his job of the day, keeping the rings safe! He had a bit of a 007 style!
Get ready to see this car later! Since Brad traveled in style to his wedding, we were also able to sneak out at sunset with the beautiful blue ride!
This GORGEOUS bow was on the back of Kim’s dress but no one knew how to tie it! Youtube comes in handy on wedding days. I was able to find an easy tutorial and after posing for some staged tying photos, I tied a bow that surprisingly lasted all day! I’ll add the link at the end in case anyone is in need!
The brightly lit seating area had a great view of the green fields beyond! Being outside on a midsummer day means you take all the AC you can get, luckily the reception space was cool for family and friends to hangout in until it was time to witness two people say “I do.”!
A Meadow Gardens Wedding cannot be complete without hitting up all the main photo zones! We breezed through the bridal party images so they could run inside to the A/C, then whisked our amazing couple off and hunted for some shade.

Kim and Brad KILLED their portrait session!! I also can’t thank them enough for being troopers in the super hot sun, they stuck it out and never let the good energy die down. Entering their reception, when the cool air hit our skin, was the best feeling and we were all ready to party!
These two wasted no time and continued their entrance with a perfectly choreographed first dance.
Speeches, dinner, and a bit of mingling followed before we moved on to Parent dances and cake cutting. Don’t worry, we found the time to sneak out at sunset for a few photos as well!
This is THE car to have on your wedding day! So thankful Brad’s family brought it along and let us use it as an amazing prop. The perfect photo op on the perfect day!
With the night coming to an end there was only one thing left to do- PARTY! This group wasted no time busting their asses off on the dance floor and hitting up the bar to make sure the energy lasted long past a normal bedtime.
Kim and Brad were so amazing to photograph and their family was the best EVER! I felt so welcomed and cared for the entire day. These two have such a bubbly and funny vibe, being super comfortable around each other and just wanting to make the best out of every moment. I cannot thank them enough for bringing me on their journey!
